Sales Representative
Job Description
Best Way Disposal is currently seeking motivated outside/inside sales representatives to assist in building our growing customer base. Competitive pay and benefits package. Insurance and 401k are available.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Requirements:
- ● 2+ years of sales experience, preferred construction, waste management experience
- ● Proficient working knowledge of sales databases and software
- ● Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ● Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
- ● Ability to think on your feet by assessing, planning, and strategic
- ● Self-motivated and driven professional
- ● Strong analytical skills
- ● Special Qualifications: Must have a valid US Drivers License to operate company vehicles
Job Responsibilities:
- ● Contacting potential and existing customers by cold calling, generating sales leads, and responding to sales inquiries to secure new and increased business accounts to meet established sales targets
- ● Be a solution provider to customers by determining their needs, developing / recommending products or services, and providing product quotes to customers
- ● Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determine other opportunities
- ● Achieve maximum sales growth and account conversion within the assigned territories
